Its hot....and dry out there

Its warm and dry! The current weather brings with it good news and not so good news. The good includes improved growing conditions, more flowers, happy bees, long hours to complete projects. on the other hand......WATERING! Everything needs extra hose time including newly-planted trees and shrubs, some more established trees and shrubs, the lawn, the dogs, the wildlife.

Watch out for Ticks! There appears to be an increased presence of ticks in long grass, shrubs, etc. Have them treated...dont self-medicate. It can lead to Lyme Disease.
